Establishing Lifting equipment register :
The Lifting equipment register can be the report of thorough examination produced by the Engineers following their inspection visits. If the location has a list of equipment, this can be compared to the report. Most importantly, the establishment of a register will provide some kind of unique numbering system, whereby someone would maintain a register and subsequently issue unique numbers to suppliers of new equipment.

Maintenance Program :
this should be monitored very closely as only limited maintenance can be done in the field especially to lifting machines.
